Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro are set to be launched in India on February 4. It heralds a new era of low-cost, 5G-ready smartphones powered by the MediaTek dimension chipset. The release could not take place at a better time due to both Reliance Jio and Airtel planning to add 20G by 2021. Realme X7, X7 Pro India launch date
As mentioned earlier, the launch date of Realme X7, X7 Pro India is 4 February. The launch event is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm IST and will be live-streaming through the company’s YouTube channel for fans to unveil online. However, the India launch live stream link of Realme X7 series is not currently live.
Realme X7, X7 Pro Price in India
If anything is done for Chinese pricing, the price of Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro will be quite competitive. We can expect the price of Realme X7 in India to be less than Rs 20,000, making it the cheapest 5G-ready smartphone in the country. On the other hand, the price of Realme X7 Pro in India can start from around Rs 25,000.
Starting with Realme X7 specifications, we will get a 6.4-inch FHD Super AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 600 nits. Realme has confirmed through its official website that it will run the MediaTek Dimension 800U chipset that can offer speeds of 2.3Gbps on compatible 5G networks. We can see two variants: one with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and the other with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The company has also stated that the vanilla X7 will have a 4,310mAh battery that supports fast charging on a USB Type-C port at 50W.
Moving towards the camera of things, the Realme X7 will come with a triple-camera setup with 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 2MP macro lens. The 16MP selfie camera will be located on the top-left corner of the screen. An under-display fingerprint scanner will take care of biometric authentication. Wireless connectivity options may include Bluetooth 5.1 and 802.11b / g / n Wi-Fi. Lastly, Realme X7 will run Android 10 optimized with Realme UI on top.
As its name suggests, Realme X7 Pro specifications will be better than its sibling. For starters, it will feature more powerful Dimension 1000+ chipsets. Storage and memory configuration will be maximized at 256GB and 8GB respectively. Realme X7 Pro will also ship with a 4,500mAh battery that can be charged at 65W. Its 6.5-inch FHD AMOLED screen has a refresh rate of 120Hz.
Realme’s dedicated landing page for Realme X7 Pro tells us that it will come with four rear cameras. The setup will be similar to the Realme X7, with a 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP macro lens, additional 2MP portrait lens in the mix. However, the selfie camera gets a massive upgrade, as it uses 32MP modules.
