Realme 8 Pro is clearly seen in the US FCC listing. The listing revealed some specifics about the upcoming mid-range device from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer. Realme 8 Pro features a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 65W fast-charging. It will run on Realme UI 2.0. Charging speed is not one step ahead of the predecessor of Realme 8 Pro. 65W Superdart Fast Charging Technology is also given in Realme 7 Pro. No other specifications have been revealed about the Pro variant.

The listing by tipster Abhishek Yadav also suggests that it will be a 4G-enabled device. However, the tipster also states that a 5G device also exists. Earlier in an interview with indianexpress.com, Sheth also confirmed that half of the devices launched by the company this year will be 5G-enabled, including all devices above Rs 20,000. Realme 8 Pro is likely to fall below this bracket. Realme has already launched the 5G-capable X7 series in India this year.
On the other hand, some specifics about Realme 8 were revealed on Twitter through an image of its retail box. It will have a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen. Refresh rate was not specified. This will be supported by the MediaTek Helio G95 processor which is not 5G-capable. At the rear, it will have a quad-camera setup with a 64MP primary camera. The device will get 30W fast-charging support with a 5000 mAh battery. Also, the device will be slimmer and lighter. The camera module will also look similar to the Pro variant.
The company has not yet revealed the launch date of Realme 8 series. It is likely to surface in the first half of the year in India.
