ICC Champions Trophy 2025: Format
The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will use the same format that has been in place since 2009. Eight teams will participate in this tournament, which will be divided into two groups. Each group will have four teams, and under the round-robin format, each team will have to play one match against the other three teams in its group.
After the group stage, the top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals. In the semi-finals, the top team from the first group will face the runner-up from the second group, while the top team from the second group will play against the runner-up from the first group.
