The event would serve as the end of season seven and the prelude to season eight. Looking at all the hype surrounding the event, players expect it to be a big event.

Fortnite Season 8 Theme
It will be fun to see what Epic Games does after the space-themed season. Many players expect the massive destruction of the game’s map during the event, and because of this, several new locations in Season 8. One of the leaked sites for Season 8 of Fortnite is Pyramid Landmark, and it’s something most people have shared leaks.
In addition, a mummy skin can also be unlocked for the game. If this turns out to be true, we might get an ancient Egyptian motif or something like that. Season 6 had a main theme followed by a futuristic theme in Season 7. However, Epic may decide to go back to the past again for next season.
Map Change and Kevin
Apart from the pyramid, a crash site has also been leaked as a possible landmark. However, it also appears that Kevin the Cube will be returning to Fortnite. This cube played a major part in the story of Chapter 1 and players hope that it will return at some point. According to Mang0e, a popular leaker, Kevin the Cube could replace all the other milestones in Season 8. It could be something similar to the movement of the cube in Chapter 5 Season 5.
